Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love our water as much as we do, but If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return the products to The Hydrogen Innovation Company Limited, within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unopened, undamaged and all seals are intact . We do not accept partial returns of an opened shipment, but only an order in its entirety.

Whole, unopened boxes will be accepted if part of a larger order, so long as the above criteria are met.

 

Before you attempt to process a return , we request you to kindly reach out to us by phone or e-mail, as we may be able to extend our advice on any issues or questions you may have regarding the order and subsequently offer a suitable solution.
You have the right to return your order without any difficulty within the aforementioned period of 14 days, after which we will reimburse your purchase cost upon receipt of the goods.
